Studio Hamerhaai consists of Boudewijn and Niki and their team. They make Dutch Design from waste. All made as much as possible "in house", in their workshop in Haarlem.
The materials they use are as much "waste" as possible. Waste in the sense of high-quality materials that would have been thrown away after use or as residual waste.
Out of this came the Rijkswachters; where the transport crates of the Rijksmuseum have been reused and beautiful "robots" have been made.
