Like every year, it is very busy around the holidays. It may be that your order is on the road a little longer than usual, keep this in mind. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the delivery, but we can ensure that your order is at PostNL as soon as possible. Check the dates below to see when your package will be shipped at the latest. Only applicable for the Netherlands, for orders abroad, please order as soon as possible. *

◊ no Black Friday at maison KOOS, but it falls shortly before Sinterklaas and there is a chance of delays due to crowds at PostNL.

◊ Sinterklaas: last order date Monday 2 December, 14:00. Your order will be shipped that day. After that we will of course continue to ship your orders, but then it will be exciting whether it will arrive in time for 5 December.*

◊ Christmas: final order date Friday 20th of December, 14.00h. Your order will be shipped that day. After that we will of course continue to ship your orders, but whether it will arrive in time for Christmas...?

◊ PostNL charges a surcharge for shipping during the peak period before the Holidays (17 November to 31 December). Don't worry, we will cover these costs, but it would help us a lot if you order before then.

◊ Did you know that you can also send a parcel directly to the recipient? Order the free card for a personal message, fill in the address with the shipping address, and leave your text in the comments. We put that on a nice card.

◊ We always wrap our orders beautiful, but sometimes we pack items together. Do you have something that needs to be packed separately? No problem let us know via the comments at the checkout.

◊ A bit to late with ordering and you doubt whether your package is still on time? Then choose a maison KOOS gift voucher This voucher is available in values between €5 and €100 and you will receive it directly in your mailbox after ordering. Print it out and wrap it nicely = a great gift.

◊ In the period from Sunday 24 December to Sunday 5 January we will be taking it a bit easier. We will be present, but orders will only be processed on Friday 27 December, Monday 30 December and Thursday 2 January 2025. Orders placed before 10am will be shipped that day, otherwise the next date again. If you need something urgently, please contact us.




* Of course we will do our utmost to send all orders we receive after that time and data as quickly as possible, but to save yourself a lot of stress we recommend that you prefer to do your orders a little earlier ;-)
