This nice candle holder is made from the transport crates of the Rijksmuseum.
You probably know the Rijkswachters, those beautiful wooden robots made from the Rijksmuseum transport crates. When making these robots, strips of wood are often left over. These beautiful hexagonal candlesticks are made from this wood. Made with the waste of waste. You don’t get it more sustainable!
The nice thing about this design is that you can give your own twist to it. When you combine two or more of these candle holders (the same size or a combination of medium and small) together, they fit into one another. This way you can display them as 1 landscape with different candles.
- size: 11x 7,5x4 cm
- material: wood, coated with transparent polyurethane lacquer
- color: natural with a black candle holder
The candlestick is packaged in a cardboard box, including a flyer explaining the concept and the origin of the wood. In combination with a beautiful candle, also very nice as a gift.
Please note: make sure the candle is at least 7 cm apart from the next one and never leave them alone when they are lit. Always burn a candle on a flat, fire-resistant surface. Make sure you keep the burn time under 4 hours. Extinguish the candle when only 1 cm of wick remains. After all, it remains a wooden candle holder.
