Refund policy

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Too bad, that is of course not the intention. Do you want to return the order or part of it, no problem.

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs*. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with respect and make sure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

Here you can indicate the reason for your return and download your return label. Returns are free within the Netherlands, outside the Netherlands you are responsible for the costs. We do hope that you handle the right of return with care. Not only does it entail high costs for us, it is also a significant burden on the environment. If you have any doubts about the color, size or any other question, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We are happy to help you.

You will receive an email from us when the return package has arrived. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

Is the item damaged? Then we would like to receive a notification by email (hallo@maisonkoos.nl) with images. We will gladly solve it for you.

* If you return part of your order, you will only be refunded the purchase price of this item.
