Made by people who suffered from leprosy, banished by their families and became beggars at the temples in Nepal. There they were taken in by a fair trade organization that provided them with medicine, food and a bed. Once cured, these people were still not accepted and this organization made sure that these people got a place to stay and the opportunity to learn a trade so that they have a chance for a safe and humane existence.
