99% of the plastic used for this special limited edition Bubble Buddy was taken from the oceans, it mainly consists of discarded fishing gear, also known as ghost nets. The mix of ocean plastics created the dark green color.

For every Bubble Buddy sold, a donation is made to Sea Shepherd, who collected the ocean plastic to be recycled into this Bubble Buddy. A real Sea Shepherd edition. And because Dr. Bronners is one of the other sponsors of Sea Shepherd, this edition comes with a Dr. Bronners Citrus Bar.

Use the Bubble Buddy grater to create some soap flakes that dissolve easily in soapy water for just about any of your household chores; (dishes, laundry, kitchen, bathroom, floors and windows) as well as cosmetic purposes such as body wash, shampoo and some people even use it to brush their teeth!
