The Heart Ritual is an earthenware heart with which you can create your own ritual to process this. It gives you the space to feel that pain and emotions, no matter how big or small they are. And to embrace them. Restore your heart with gold according to the Japanese Kintsugi technique and see the cracks as something unique that contributes to your beauty.
Wrap the earthenware heart in cloth (a bogche, the Iranian furoshiki) and then break it with a stone or throw it against the wall. Collect the broken pieces and write on the inside of the shards an event or something that is close to you. Repair the heart with gold as a symbol of healing.
