Its popularity goes back a long way and has been used for thousands of years to support a healthy lifestyle.

Tea is best served in a teapot. This allows you to use a larger amount of water, bringing out the full flavor profile of your tea (plus it’s better for the planet to only heat your water once!) The Lemon Poppy tea is also delicious cold on hot summer days or add some honey and lemon in the winter.
