The Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam was closed for a long time for a major renovation. All the art treasures were carefully stored in transport crates, and some of these beautiful works have traveled all over the world. The Rijksmuseum is open again and now the transport crates are no longer needed. The transport crates are given a new life by the Rijkswachters.

All Rijkswachters are handmade and made from a part of a transport crate. As a result, each Rijkswachter has its own look and no two are the same. But you can choose which version you order. Select a colour/version; the photo you see is of the Rijkswachter you will receive. The arms of the smallest Rijkswachter can also be moved.
