Winter blues, blue monday. It's time to shake up your happiness again. Out with the old, in with the new. Starting with yourself and your own daily happiness. Here are 5 tips to help you on your way
1 - Surround yourself with positivity
'You become what you hang out with'… If you want to have more happiness in your daily life, surround yourself with things, people and events that make you positive (and therefore happier). Start with where you live, where you relax and crash in the evening after a hectic day. Make that your happy place with positivity. Think of favorite colors and scents. 2 - Thank more often (including yourself)
