The idea for Shupatto's bags was inspired by comments people made about reusable shopping bags: "Folding them is difficult." "I can't get them back into their original shape." "I keep losing the bag." But despite the annoyance, they keep using them because they think there's no other way.

Shupatto wanted to change that and developed a bag with a pleated design that allows it to be folded in a few simple steps and returned to its original, manageable shape. Furthermore, the bags are made of high-quality materials, ensuring they last a long time.
